La situazione più difficile si è verificata in direzione di Pokrovsk. Sono grato a tutti i nostri soldati – ogni soldato, sergente e ufficiale – per la loro resilienza e per aver difeso le nostre posizioni.

In sostanza, i russi hanno cercato di passare all’offensiva sotto la copertura del loro massiccio attacco. Mentre il grosso delle nostre forze era concentrato sulla protezione da missili e droni, i russi hanno intensificato significativamente i loro attacchi terrestri. I russi hanno ricevuto una forte risposta.

Per questo, desidero elogiare in particolare i soldati della nostra 72ª Brigata Meccanizzata Separata e della 59ª Brigata d’Assalto Separata delle Forze dei Sistemi a Pilotaggio Remoto, che hanno inflitto perdite significative all’occupante. Desidero inoltre elogiare l’efficace operato della 100ª Brigata Meccanizzata Separata e della 12ª Brigata Operativa della Guardia Nazionale Ucraina, che hanno dimostrato la resilienza e i risultati di cui abbiamo bisogno.

A report from Commander-in-Chief Syrskyi on the frontline situation as of April 24.

Nearly 150 Russian attacks on our positions and over 4,500 instances of shelling, including with heavy weaponry.

The toughest situation was in the Pokrovsk direction. I am grateful to all our warriors – every soldier, sergeant, and officer – for their resilience and for defending our positions.

Basically, the Russians tried to go on the offence under the cover of their massive strike. While the bulk of our forces were focused on protection from missiles and drones, the Russians significantly intensified their ground attacks.
The Russians were met with a strong response.

For this, I want to particularly commend the warriors of our 72nd Separate Mechanized Brigade and the 59th Separate Assault Brigade of the Unmanned Systems Forces who inflicted significant losses on the occupier. I also praise the effective performance of the 100th Separate Mechanized Brigade and the 12th Operational Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine for demonstrating the resilience and results we need.

Our investigators, forensic specialists, and experts are also inspecting missile and drone impact sites, identifying and verifying the circumstances of the respective attacks, and conducting examinations of the recovered missile and drone debris in order to figure out the full details about this weaponry and the critical components within it that were supplied to Russia or North Korea from third countries and used in its production.
